Marketing Permission and Release

Client, on behalf of itself and its affiliated organizations, owners, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, “Client Entities”), hereby grants DBD and its affiliated organizations, owners, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns, and any third party working on behalf of DBD, permission to take photographs and/or capture video and/or audio content including the image, likeness, or voice of any Client Entity, or any other information that identifies any Client Entity collectively, the “Content”), at the Event and to use the Content for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, advertising, publicizing, marketing, award submissions, web content or promoting DBD and its product and service offerings (the “Permitted Uses”), including by incorporating such Content in posts (whether in print media, or digitally or online, including on social media websites), broadcasts, streaming, or retransmitting.

To the extent that any Client Entity receives any right, title, or interest in or to the Content or any related materials, the Client hereby irrevocably assigns all such right, title, and interest to DBD, and agrees to execute any other documents or assignments to effectuate the purpose set forth herein. 

The Client represents that it has the appropriate approvals and agreements in place to grant the permissions outlined in this marketing release on behalf of the Client Entities. 

The Client, on behalf of all Client Entities, waives any rights or demands for compensation or other consideration related to the Permitted Uses. No promises or assurances have been made in exchange for this signature. 

The Client, on behalf of all Client Entities, hereby releases, holds harmless, and forever discharges DBD from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for damages, libel, slander, or invasion of privacy.

Disclaimer:

While DBD: The Studio wishes to support as many community events and charitable causes as possible, we must review each request and approve based on availability, budgets, and brand alignments.

DBD will require a minimum 3 of the following brand exposure and marketing benefits in exchange for the respective in-kind or discounted pricing/charity rate sponsorship (subject to level of sponsorship and mutual agreement):

Minimum of 4 sponsorship tickets/or table
Logo on external marketing materials as noted level sponsors/including event website if applicable
Logo and branding opportunity at and during event
Branding or signage at event (examples include: branded cocktail napkins, table/bar top signage, etc.)
Social media tags and @ mentions
VIP gift bag product inclusion
